Novere Capital transfers to Bucharest Stock Exchange Regulated Market

Novere Capital S.A., a Romanian real estate investment holding company, has officially transferred its shares from the AeRO market to the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) as of August 31. This move follows the company's presence on the capital market since August 2022 and a market capitalization exceeding 77 million lei at the time of the transfer.

The transition to the Regulated Market involves stricter reporting requirements and increased visibility among institutional investors. Remus Vulpescu, Director General of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, noted that the move reflects the company's evolution and provides better access to financing resources.

Despite the formal promotion, recent financial reports show mixed results. While Novere Capital reported a net profit of 2.85 million lei for the first half of the year, this was driven by financial income—including interest from loans to real estate partners and dividends from a subsidiary—rather than core operations. The company recorded an operating loss of 2.38 million lei during the same period, a reversal from the 1.1 million lei profit reported in the previous year.
