Novi Beograd Municipality provides support for children and families

The Novi Beograd Municipality has implemented several initiatives to support young children and families within the district. The municipality has provided creative and educational materials, including drawing, painting, and modeling supplies, to all 40 preschool institutions under the ‘11. april’ Preschool Institution. This equipment is intended for the daily use of more than 8,400 children of various ages to support their motor skills and creative development.

In addition to educational support, the municipality is providing practical assistance to new parents. This includes the distribution of strollers to 110 babies born this year, with further distributions planned for eligible families residing in Novi Beograd. Other ongoing family support programs include the distribution of child car seats and baby packages through the ‘Welcome, Baby, to Novi Beograd’ project, as well as the ‘Novi Beograd Mother’ initiative, which provides various products and services to mothers in collaboration with socially responsible companies.
