Novi Ligure hosts Senecio conference and honors Marenzana

The city of Novi Ligure is hosting two significant events at the Museo dei Campionissimi. On October 23, 2026, the Senecio annual conference, titled “A riveder le stelle…”, will explore the sun, moon, and celestial bodies in classical culture. Organized by Liceo Amaldi and the Senecio online journal, the event covers topics ranging from philosophy and literature to law and commerce. The sessions are open to the public and will also be streamed via YouTube.

Additionally, the study center “In Novitate” has awarded the 2026 “Torre d’Oro” to Marenzana, a prominent transport company now part of the Mrz Group. Recognized for its 60-year history and international growth, the company was honored for its contributions to the local economy and its commitment to quality and social responsibility. The ceremony included local and regional officials, including the Mayor of Novi Ligure, Rocchino Muliere.
