Novi Pazar surgical block construction reaches 60 percent completion

Construction of a new surgical block at the General Hospital in Novi Pazar is approximately 60 percent complete. Once finished and equipped, the total investment in the facility is expected to exceed 85 million euros.

The project aims to provide more advanced medical care and increased capacity, allowing local residents and those in the surrounding region to receive specialized treatment without traveling to other cities. The development is part of a broader effort to improve regional healthcare, which includes other projects such as the new Tiršova and the emergency medical facility in Kuršumlija. Additionally, infrastructure improvements are planned to better connect Novi Pazar with Belgrade.
