Novo Nordisk appoints Myriam Mezher as General Manager for Greece and Cyprus

Novo Nordisk has announced that Myriam Mezher will become the new General Manager for Greece and Cyprus, effective September 1, 2026. Mezher succeeds Olympios Papadimitriou, who has been instrumental in establishing the company's presence in the Greek market and previously served as the President of the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (HAPPhE).

To ensure a smooth transition, Papadimitriou will remain with the company in an advisory capacity for a period. Mezher brings over 20 years of international pharmaceutical experience, having held executive roles in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Since joining Novo Nordisk in 2015, she has held various strategic positions, most recently leading the Global Launch Office at the company's headquarters in Denmark.
