Novog Vinodolsko revives Okolotorno cultural festival on July 15

The Okolotorno celebration returned to the historic core of Novog Vinodolsko on Wednesday, 15 July, offering a program of tradition, music, gastronomy and heritage. Visitors enjoyed homemade pastries, rakija, wine and local juices, while a puppet play "Tri brata i tri kule" and four live bands animated the Frankopan Square. Special attractions included a medieval ink‑making stall, wool‑spinning demonstrations, archery targets, a beekeeping corner and opportunities to meet costumed historical figures such as the Frankopans, Ban Ivan Mažuranić and Ivana Brlić‑Mažuranić.
