Nowa Ruda to host ‘Operacja Dunaj’ screening and creator meeting

The Dzieje Się Festival will host a screening of the film ‘Operacja Dunaj’ at the Miejski Ośrodek Kultury in Nowa Ruda on Thursday, September 3. The event includes a meeting with the film's creators, offering attendees a chance to discuss the production and ask questions.

The festival focuses on films that challenge stereotypes and engage viewers emotionally through aesthetic and moral exploration. The film ‘Operacja Dunaj’ holds historical significance for the city, as its 2009 premiere was the first national film premiere held in Nowa Ruda, featuring approximately 30 Polish and Czech actors and filmmakers, including Zbigniew Zamachowski and Maciej Stuhr.
