Nowy Dwór launches 24/7 automated document collection service

Residents of Nowy Dwór can now use a new automated service known as an ‘Urzędomat’ at the Department of Communication and Transport. Available 24/7, the system allows for the collection of specific documents, such as permanent vehicle registration certificates and new driver's licenses, outside of standard office hours.

To use the service, residents must provide consent when submitting their application. Once the document is ready, the user receives an SMS with a PIN code. The PIN remains valid for 48 hours, allowing the user to open a locker and retrieve the document at their convenience. If the document is not collected within this timeframe, it is returned to the department for traditional pickup.
