NPL Men’s NSW confirms 2026 Championship Series format

The 2026 NPL Men’s NSW Championship Series format has been confirmed for both the First Grade and Under 20s competitions. The series will feature three rounds of finals football.

For the First Grade competition, Elimination Semi-Finals are scheduled to begin on Wednesday, 2 September, featuring matchups between 3rd vs 6th and 4th vs 5th. The winners will advance to the Preliminary Finals on Sunday, 6 September. The two Preliminary Final winners will compete in the Grand Final on Sunday, 13 September, at St George Venues Jubilee Stadium.

The Under 20s competition will follow an identical structure, with the opening Elimination Semi-Finals set to take place on Thursday, 3 September.
