NRAI Kolkata and Ownly host restaurant industry partner meet

The National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) Kolkata Chapter, in partnership with Ownly, hosted an exclusive partner meet at Ølterra in Kolkata. The event brought together nearly 120 restaurant brands to discuss the evolving food delivery ecosystem and explore new industry models.

Ownly, a platform created by Rapido, operates on a zero-commission model. This approach allows restaurants to retain their full food-sale revenue, avoiding the percentage-based commissions typically charged by traditional aggregators. The model also aims to align online menu pricing more closely with dine-in prices and provide transparent, distance-based delivery charges for customers.
