NS Food Festa 2026 opens in Iksan

The NS Food Festa 2026 Iksan opened on October 16 at the Harim First Kitchen in Iksan, Jeonbuk. Now in its 19th year, the festival is co-hosted by Iksan City and NS Home Shopping, with support from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Harim Group.

The event features approximately 20 programs, including a national cooking competition where 120 teams compete for prizes, including a 30 million won grand prize for the general category. Visitors can participate in culinary shows, food culture lectures, and tours of the 36,000-pyeong Harim First Kitchen to observe production lines for instant rice and noodles.

Specialized zones include the Harim Group Zone, showcasing products from affiliates like Harim, Sunjin, and Farmsco, and a brand zone for Homeplus Express. The festival also highlights youth entrepreneurship through the Youth Startup Festa and promotes K-food to an increasing number of international visitors. Efforts are being made toward sustainability by using multi-use containers and providing shuttle services.
