NSCDC praised by CSOs for professionalism during Osun election

A coalition of civil society organisations (CSOs) has commended the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) for its conduct during the Osun State governorship election. Led by Stand Up Nigeria President Sunny Attah, the coalition praised the personnel for demonstrating professionalism, restraint, and impartiality across the state’s 30 local government areas.

The CSOs noted that the presence of security personnel at polling units and strategic locations helped deter disturbances and provided a conducive environment for voters and electoral officials. Attah attributed the disciplined conduct of the officers to the training and leadership of NSCDC Commandant-General Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi.
