NSF and Caritas schedule panels and debates at Arendalsuka 2026
The Norwegian Nurses Association (NSF) will present a series of panels and debates during Arendalsuka 2026, covering topics such as trauma‑informed health care for youth, sustainable municipal health services, the impact of AI on health, and the role of nurses in housing policy. NSF’s schedule includes sessions on child safety in health services, generational demands on health professions, antibiotic resistance and mental health care responsibilities.
Caritas Norway will also take part in Arendalsuka 2026, organizing and co‑hosting events that address integration, food security, development policy and the role of faith‑based actors. Highlights include a debate on effective integration measures, a discussion on the political priorities affecting the fight against hunger, and panels on volunteer sector stability, development aid challenges, and grassroots peace building. Both organisations will engage with politicians, researchers and civil‑society representatives throughout the week.
