NSG arrives in Kampala for Sounds of the Diaspora concert

British Afroswing collective NSG has arrived in Kampala for the ‘Sounds of the Diaspora’ concert, scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the UMA Showgrounds in Lugogo.

Upon their arrival on Wednesday, the London-based group held a meet-and-greet session at Club Guvnor, allowing fans to interact with the performers. The event, presented by Guvnor Uganda and Bandali Manor, aims to bridge international and local talent by blending African sounds with the global diaspora.

The concert lineup includes Ugandan artists Fik Fameica, MUN G, Aaronx, and Tojo 256, alongside musical sets from DJs Alisha, Vanss, and Linus. The performance will feature a mix of Afrobeats, Amapiano, hip-hop, and dancehall.
