Nüssli and EPS merge to form global event infrastructure provider

Nüssli and the German company EPS have merged to create a globally active provider of temporary event infrastructure. The new group will offer a comprehensive service spectrum, including grass and floor protection systems, crowd control, stages, grandstands, and temporary stadiums.

The combined entity employs 820 people across 50 locations. Andy Böckli, the former CEO of the Nüssli Group, has been appointed Group CEO. Both companies will continue to operate under their existing names, maintaining their primary headquarters in Munich, Germany, and Hüttwilen, Switzerland.

EPS, founded 30 years ago, specializes in crowd control and turf protection, managing approximately 5,000 events annually across Europe, North America, Brazil, and Australia. Nüssli has 85 years of experience in constructing temporary grandstands and special structures, focusing on Switzerland, Central Europe, Southern Europe, and the Americas. Their client list includes major organizations such as Formula 1, the IOC, the WEF, Live Nation, and various international music festivals like Coachella and Tomorrowland.
