NSW Police renew search for missing man Shane Ward

NSW Police and the family of Shane Ward are renewing appeals for information regarding the disappearance of the 22-year-old man from Tuggerah in September 2024.

Mr. Ward was last seen at a fast-food restaurant in Tuggerah around 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2024. He is described as approximately 180 centimeters tall with a thin build, brown to red hair, and a beard. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black hooded jumper and dark pants, and may have had a nose ring. He may have been driving a blue Mitsubishi Lancer sedan with NSW registration CN04WK.

Detective Inspector Paul Fenwick stated, "Someone in the community may have information that can help us understand Shane's movements on the night he disappeared." The appeal is part of the NSW Police's Missing Persons Week campaign, themed 'Answers Still Matter.'
