NSYNC members discuss lost album and reunion prospects

NSYNC members Joey Fatone and Lance Bass have revealed details regarding a lost album of unreleased songs recorded prior to the group’s 2000 hit, ‘No Strings Attached’. Fatone explained that the group lost the rights to these tracks after parting ways with former manager Lou Pearlman and their record label in the late 1990s. While some tracks may exist on CDs or in vaults, the group had to record a completely new album to move forward.

Fatone noted that approximately 12 to 13 songs remain unreleased, though their availability is uncertain. Bass mentioned a specific track titled ‘Tanya’ that was never made public.

Regarding a potential band reunion, Fatone stated that the members are currently at different stages in their personal lives, making a reunion unlikely in the near future. He cited the challenges of balancing touring with varying family responsibilities, noting that while he has older daughters, other members like Justin Timberlake and Lance Bass have much younger children.
