NTPC plant explosion injures five workers in Odisha

At least five contractual workers sustained injuries following an explosion at the NTPC thermal power plant in the Angul district of Odisha. The incident occurred around 12:30 am on Saturday.

According to police reports, three of the injured workers are receiving treatment at the NTPC hospital and are reported to be in stable condition. Two other workers have been transferred to Bhubaneswar to receive advanced medical care. Officials have not yet determined the exact cause of the explosion.
