NTT DATA to acquire Netgain to expand ServiceNow presence in Sweden

NTT DATA has announced the acquisition of Netgain AB, a Stockholm-based ServiceNow specialist. This move is intended to strengthen the company’s ServiceNow business within the Nordic region.

By combining Netgain with The Cloud People—which NTT DATA acquired in late 2025—the company aims to establish Sweden’s largest pure-play ServiceNow provider. Netgain, founded in 2008, offers advisory, implementation, managed services, and AI-powered workflow transformation, holding over 160 ServiceNow certifications.

The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close within weeks. This expansion is part of a broader strategy by NTT DATA Business Solutions to grow its ServiceNow capabilities alongside its existing SAP business.
