NTT Docomo Business adopts SecureNavi for SkyWay ISMS management

NTT Docomo Business has implemented SecureNavi, an ISMS and P-Mark automation tool, within the department responsible for developing and operating the SkyWay real-time communication platform. The transition to this cloud-based service began in January 2025.

Prior to this implementation, the department faced challenges with manual management of extensive documentation in Word and Excel formats, which led to fragmented information and complex version control. By adopting SecureNavi, the department has successfully internalized its Information Security Management System (ISMS) operations. This shift has resulted in a significant reduction in external consulting costs and improved the efficiency of audit responses through centralized, visual document management. The tool also facilitates more effective knowledge transfers to new team members by providing a systematic overview of annual processes and tasks.
