NTT IndyCar Series reports record viewership and attendance growth

The NTT IndyCar Series has reported significant growth across multiple metrics, including television viewership, in-person attendance, and digital engagement. On FOX, the series averaged 1.68 million viewers per race, marking its highest average viewership in nearly two decades, a level not seen since 2008.

In-person attendance at race weekends increased by approximately 20 percent compared to the previous year. Notable highlights include a sellout at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and a massive crowd of 215,000 people during the Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C., which saw a peak audience of 3.5 million viewers.

Mark Miles, President and CEO of Penske Entertainment, characterized the period as an ‘incredible new era’ for the series, citing the partnership with FOX Sports as a key driver in raising the sport's profile.
