NTT TechnoCross updates ‘mieten’ security service with Microsoft integration

NTT TechnoCross has announced a new version of its PC security inspection cloud service, ‘mieten’, which began availability on October 15. The update introduces integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune to enhance the visibility and management of device security risks.

Through Entra ID integration, the service can now link organizational and user information with device data. This allows administrators to quickly identify which specific users or departments possess devices with vulnerabilities or improper security settings. Additionally, the service aggregates compliance policy status from Microsoft Intune, providing a centralized dashboard for monitoring device health.

The update also features enhanced security and management tools for large-scale enterprises, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) for administrative access and organizational-level viewing permissions. Furthermore, ‘mieten’ can now link with ‘iTAssetEye’, an IT asset management tool provided by NTT TechnoCross, to integrate security status with asset ledger information.
