NTTSportict launches AI-powered sports filming and streaming service
NTTSportict has launched ‘STADIUM TUBE Rakuraku Satsuei’, a new service designed to allow users to easily operate AI and fixed cameras at sports facilities for automated filming and live streaming.
The service enables users to start recording and broadcasting by simply scanning a QR code at a facility reception and following a few steps on a smartphone. The AI cameras automatically track movement to eliminate the need for professional camera work. Recorded footage is archived for one year, and users can choose private settings for tactical analysis or sharing with specific groups.
As part of a ‘Machisupo’ regional development initiative, the service has been implemented in sports facilities within Onna Village and Ginoza Village in Okinawa Prefecture. This deployment aims to reduce the operational burden on facility staff by removing the need for complex reservations and manual equipment management while enhancing the value of local sports infrastructure.
