Nubank and Santander launch new Brazilian financial service campaigns

Major Brazilian financial institutions Nubank and Santander are launching new marketing campaigns targeting specific consumer needs.

Nubank has introduced Croma, a new segment designed for customers experiencing financial growth in income and assets. The campaign, developed with Wieden+Kennedy, promotes benefits such as a Platinum card with cashback, high-yield savings options, and discounts on various digital subscriptions. The service costs R$ 39 per month, with fee waivers available for high-spending or high-investment clients.

Santander Brasil is running a campaign focused on financial security and daily protection. Developed by Publicis Brasil, the initiative highlights services like Account and Card Insurance, which covers PIX transactions in cases of mobile phone theft, and a feature providing 10 interest-free days on overdraft usage. The campaign utilizes social media influencers to address common consumer anxieties regarding theft and unexpected budget shortfalls.
