nubia and SMARTFREN partner for 5G smartphone bundling

nubia and SMARTFREN have announced a collaboration to increase 5G smartphone penetration in Indonesia. The partnership features the nubia A77 5G smartphone bundled with SMARTFREN’s Unlimited 5G service.

The offering is designed for high-mobility users, such as online transportation drivers and professionals, who require stable, high-speed connectivity for productivity, navigation, and communication. The collaboration aims to ensure users experience the practical benefits of 5G technology rather than just owning a compatible device.

The nubia A77 5G includes a 6.75-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 5,000 mAh battery, a 50 MP AI camera, NFC support, and an IP64 rating. The device has also received SGS laboratory certification for “50 Months Smooth Performance.” While bundling costs are reportedly starting from Rp5,000 per day, specific device pricing and official release dates have not yet been announced.
