nubia Pad Plus 12-inch tablet released by ZTE Japan

ZTE Japan has released the nubia Pad Plus (Wi-Fi), a 12-inch Android 16 tablet. The device features a Full HD+ IPS display with a 2000 x 1200 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Unisoc T820 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage.

Key hardware specifications include an 8000mAh battery supporting 26W fast charging, a 13MP rear camera, and an 8MP front camera. The tablet also includes four speakers, Widevine L1 support for HD streaming, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It supports video output via USB Type-C and utilizes facial recognition for security.

In Japan, the tablet is priced at 39,800 yen, with a limited-time bundle including a dedicated keyboard for 42,800 yen. The keyboard connects via a dedicated terminal, eliminating the need for Bluetooth pairing or separate charging. Internationally, the device has been noted with a price point of approximately 249 USD.
