Nuevo León delivers over 14,000 property deeds

The Housing Institute of Nuevo León (IVNL) has reported the delivery of more than 14,000 property deeds during the current administration. This initiative aims to regularize land tenure and provide legal certainty regarding property ownership for families across the state.

In the municipality of Juárez, a recent session resulted in the delivery of deeds to 96 families from 16 different neighborhoods. Between 2024 and 2025, a total of 491 families in Juárez have been assisted through these regularization efforts, including 295 deliveries and 100 ratifications for the Monte Kristal area.
