Nuevo León officials inaugurate new dining facilities at Capullos

Governor Samuel Alejandro García Sepúlveda and Mariana Rodríguez Cantú have inaugurated a new dining hall and kitchen at the Capullos center in Guadalupe, Nuevo León. This project is part of the ‘Capullos Renace’ initiative, which aims to improve the living conditions, hygiene, and nutrition for children and adolescents residing at the facility.

The new facility includes a dining area, kitchen, cold and hot bars, storage, a dishwashing area, and a nutrition team office. Beyond the dining hall, the broader renovation project has included the development of residential villas, a baby villa, a school, a garden, a sports court, a bridge, a water park, and new parking and entrance areas.

Mariana Rodríguez Cantú emphasized that the initiative focuses on both physical infrastructure and improving the operational care provided to minors, ensuring they receive healthy, balanced meals in a safe environment.
