Nuh: Schoolgirls faint during Independence Day event

During an Independence Day program at the Nuh Police Lines in Haryana, more than a dozen schoolgirls fainted due to intense heat and overcrowding. The incident caused immediate chaos, prompting the deployment of ambulances to transport the students to the Nuh Community Health Center and Nalhar Medical College.

District Collector Akhil Pilani stated that while the incident was unfortunate, all students are now healthy and have been discharged from the hospital. However, family members have accused organizers of mismanagement, alleging that children were forced to stand in the sun for extended periods without adequate arrangements or consideration for the weather conditions.
