Nuit du rugby awards honor Jack Willis and Section Paloise players

The 22nd Nuit du Rugby awards ceremony, held at the Olympia in Paris, honored the top performers of the 2025-2026 season. Jack Willis was named the best player in the Top 14.

Section Paloise players received significant recognition. Fabien Brau-Boirie was awarded the Top 14 revelation trophy, following the announcement of his contract extension with the club. Emilien Gailleton won the award for the most beautiful try, following a 100-meter run during a match against Bayonne.

The voting process for the 13 trophies involves various stakeholders: players and players' unions (Provale) vote for peer awards, staff votes are managed via Tech XV, and referees' votes are collected by the LNR and FFR. The public participates specifically by voting online for the most beautiful try of the year.
