The service aims to prevent issues like manual workarounds and knowledge silos by building tailored systems for specific approval flows, calculation rules, or integration with existing core systems.

In a related application of Nulab’s existing project management tool, Backlog, ITmedia Inc. reported a successful transition from a 20-year-old legacy system. By implementing Backlog and utilizing API integrations with Google Sheets, ITmedia eliminated 133 long-standing stagnant tasks and improved task visibility through automated notifications and AI assistants.
