Nules launches municipal affordable housing plan

The Nules City Council has launched its Municipal Affordable Housing Plan, following an information session that saw significant citizen interest. The initiative aims to identify the actual residential needs of the local population to develop tailored solutions, particularly for vulnerable groups.

Mayor David García stated that the goal is to “identify the main existing needs and move toward proposals that facilitate access to affordable housing.” To facilitate this, the council is establishing a registry for interested individuals. This registry is open to various demographics, including young people seeking independence, families requiring adapted housing, and residents looking to improve their current living conditions.
