Number_i releases new triple A-side EP via Atlantic Records

Japanese boy group Number_i has released a new triple A-side EP titled ‘REBON / BUGS LIFE / DIGITAL GIRL’ via Atlantic Records. The project includes the single ‘DIGITAL GIRL,’ which features a visualizer directed by U.S.-based director JMP. The track was conceptualized in Los Angeles and explores themes of satirizing digital society while maintaining a belief in true love, utilizing a Y2K-inspired aesthetic.

The EP also features ‘REBON,’ a sequel to the group’s previous hit ‘BON,’ and ‘BUGS LIFE,’ a Phonk-genre track produced by member Yuta Jinguji. The release marks the group’s first project following their contract with Atlantic Records. In addition to the main tracks, the release includes several coupling songs produced by members Sho Hirano, Yuta Jinguji, and Yuta Kishi.
