Nuoro celebrates Notte Bianca with high community turnout

The Notte Bianca event in Nuoro saw higher than expected participation, drawing crowds of all ages to the city center. Organized through a collaboration between the municipality, local businesses, and various community groups, the event featured music, food, sports, and shopping along a route stretching from via Lamarmora to piazza Asproni.

Mayor Emiliano Fenu expressed satisfaction with the turnout, noting that the event was designed to be a community-driven initiative rather than one imposed from above. While the organizers noted that improvements could be made regarding traffic management and the distribution of activities along the route, local merchants and officials praised the collaborative approach used to organize the evening.
