Nuremberg real estate transactions rise to 5,621 in 2025
The real estate market in Nuremberg has seen significant activity in 2025. According to the 2025 land market report from the Nuremberg Property Committee, there were 5,621 transactions involving land, houses, and apartments, an increase from 4,666 in the previous year. The total monetary turnover for these transactions rose to approximately 2.4 billion euros.
Inherited properties represent a portion of these sales. Preliminary data from the Bavarian State Office for Statistics indicates that approximately 142,000 people died in Bavaria in 2025, often leaving behind real estate.
