NurExone Biologic appoints David Stolick to its board of directors
NurExone Biologic Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing exosome‑based regenerative therapies, announced that David Stolick will join its board of directors effective 28 July 2026. He succeeds the late James “Jay” Richardson, whose early leadership was described by board chair Yoram Drucker as instrumental to the company’s formative years. Stolick, a Certified Public Accountant, brings extensive experience in finance, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, previously serving as Vice President Finance at V‑Wave Ltd., CFO of Exalenz Bioscience and BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics, and corporate controller at M‑Systems.
The company, listed on Canada’s TSXV, the US OTCQB and Germany’s FSE, noted that Stolick’s expertise will support the firm’s growth strategy and disciplined execution. NurExone also confirmed an investor‑awareness agreement with Cashu Technologies Pty Ltd., running through the end of 2026, to enhance visibility among private investors.
