NurExone Biologic announces Q2 2026 results and strategic expansions

NurExone Biologic Inc., a biotechnology company specializing in exosome-based regenerative therapies, has released its financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2026.

The company highlighted two major strategic developments. In the United States, NurExone and its subsidiary Exo-Top Inc. signed a binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with New Jersey-based Made Scientific, Inc. This agreement establishes a framework for a proposed Good-Manufacturing-Practice (GMP) production cooperation for bone marrow-derived exosomes. Technical documentation transfer has commenced, with the goal of producing initial GMP exosome batches in the first half of 2027.

In Mexico, Exo-Top Inc. entered into a binding MOU with ExoLyra LLC on June 24, 2026. This agreement outlines the commercial terms for a proposed distribution deal, granting exclusive rights to market, import, and sell specific MSC-derived exosome products in Mexico for an initial three-year term.
