Cifa and FonARCom advocate for systemic learning ecosystems to support SMEs

At the Net Forum 2026 in Florence, Andrea Cafà, president of Cifa and FonARCom, emphasized the need to create a systemic learning ecosystem to support businesses during industrial transitions. A new territorial agreement was signed between Cifa and Confsal to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in navigating these changes through tailored training and immediate responses to evolving skill requirements.

In Tuscany, a similar agreement between CIFA Italia and Confsal has been implemented to allow tertiary sector companies to utilize seasonal labor flexibility, specifically targeting coastal, mountain, and art cities to meet peak tourism demands while providing enhanced protections for workers.
