Nutanix reports strong Q4 growth and margin expansion

Nutanix reported strong financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter of 2026, characterized by significant growth in revenue and profitability. Quarterly revenue rose 16% to $757.1 million, while annual recurring revenue (ARR) increased 16% to $2.55 billion. The company saw a sharp expansion in margins, with GAAP operating margin nearly doubling to 9.2% from 4.8% in the previous year. Non-GAAP operating income grew approximately 66% to $198 million.

Following these results and recent market activity, several financial institutions have adjusted their outlooks for the company. Royal Bank of Canada raised its price target for Nutanix from $84.00 to $90.00, maintaining an “outperform” rating. Other analysts, including those from Rosenblatt Securities and Needham & Company LLC, have also issued “buy” ratings with increased price targets, while JPMorgan Chase & Co. raised its target to $50.00 with a “neutral” rating.
