Nutrition tips for high-protein breakfasts and low-sugar snacks

Nutritionists recommend consuming approximately 20 grams of protein during breakfast to maintain satiety and prevent mid-morning hunger. A suggested recipe for a high-protein meal is a vegetable frittata made with eight large eggs, fresh cheese, whole milk, and grated cheese, combined with vegetables such as mushrooms, red peppers, onions, and kale or spinach.

For healthier snacking, pastry chef Nina Métayer suggests preparing low-sugar cookies using ripe bananas and flower honey instead of refined white sugar. To save time during the week, the dough can be formed into balls and frozen. These frozen dough balls can be baked directly from the freezer at 180°C, requiring only a few additional minutes of cooking time.
