Nuvei expands fintech reach through BlackLine partnership and Payoneer acquisition

Fintech firm Nuvei announced a partnership with BlackLine, integrating its global payments infrastructure into BlackLine’s invoice‑to‑cash platform. The live integration lets enterprise customers accept cards, bank transfers and local payment methods on invoices, automatically match payments to receivables, track cash positions in real time and operate in 150 currencies across more than 190 markets.

In a related development, Nuvei is set to acquire Payoneer after the latter reported Q2 2026 results. The transaction, expected to close in mid‑2027, will remove Payoneer from the Nasdaq and follows the expiration of a U.S. antitrust waiting period. The deal underscores a broader consolidation trend in the fintech sector, with Nuvei positioning itself as a larger, integrated payments and financial‑operations platform.
