NVIDIA Blackwell architecture powers GeForce RTX 5090 and AI photography tools

NVIDIA is introducing the GeForce RTX 5090, built on the new Blackwell architecture. The graphics card features 32 GB of GDDR7 memory and an enhanced thermal design including a 3D Steam Chamber to improve cooling and airflow.

In the field of photography, AI tools are increasingly being used to streamline workflows. Rather than relying solely on generative AI, photographers are utilizing specialized software for culling, base editing, and retouching. Tools such as Aftershoot and Imagen AI can significantly reduce manual labor by automating the sorting of large photo batches and applying style-based edits, potentially reducing a full day of editing to under two hours.
