NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang made an unannounced visit to Taipei on August 23, where he was spotted by the public purchasing traditional foods such as steamed buns and meat rice dumplings in the Da'an District. This marks his third visit to Taiwan this year.

The timing of the visit coincides with the upcoming release of NVIDIA's latest financial report, scheduled for August 26 in the United States. Additionally, the visit occurs during a critical period for NVIDIA's Rubin chip architecture, which is entering a phase of intensive production and testing. The Rubin platform is expected to begin deliveries to major cloud service providers, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle, starting in the third quarter.
