Nvidia GeForce Now to support Steam Controller and expand device compatibility

Nvidia has announced that its GeForce Now cloud gaming service will officially support the Valve Steam Controller later this year. Initial support will be available for users on Steam Deck and Steam Machine, with support for Windows and macOS to follow at a later date.

The service is also receiving several technical upgrades, including new DLSS 4.5 control options for DLSS Super Resolution, Dynamic Frame Generation, and Ray Reconstruction. Additionally, GeForce Now will expand its hardware compatibility by launching on more Amazon Fire TV Stick devices, allowing users to purchase subscriptions directly through Amazon.

Other recent updates include the rollout of GOG single sign-on functionality and official support for the Firefox browser. Nvidia also shared details regarding the upcoming RTX Spark chip series, which is expected to launch this autumn with support from developers such as EA, Ubisoft, and Embark.
