Nvidia invests in French startups Pigment and Omi

Nvidia is expanding its presence in the French technology sector through significant investments and partnerships with two startups, Pigment and Omi.

Pigment, an AI-powered planning software company, has raised $250 million in a funding round led by Scaleup Europe Fund. This investment, which includes participation from Nvidia, brings the company’s valuation to $2.3 billion. Pigment aims to compete with established enterprise tools from Microsoft, SAP, and Oracle by providing software for financial forecasting and operational planning. The company reported that its annual recurring revenue has doubled to over $100 million in the past year.

Additionally, Nvidia has entered into a technological partnership with Omi, a French startup specializing in AI-generated brand imagery and video. Through this agreement, Omi will utilize Nvidia RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs to accelerate its image generation capabilities. The partnership also includes access to Nvidia’s technical experts to help Omi scale its services, such as its new ProductDrop tool, which allows brands to generate high-fidelity product images at scale.
