NVIDIA partners with Cloverleaf Infrastructure for AI data centers

NVIDIA has entered into a strategic partnership and made a minority investment in Cloverleaf Infrastructure LLC to advance the development of AI factory infrastructure across the United States. The investment aims to address critical constraints in the AI sector, specifically the increasing demand for land, power, cooling, and grid access required for large-scale data centers.

Cloverleaf, founded in 2024, specializes in preparing shovel-ready sites and arranging power agreements with utilities. The company reportedly has a development pipeline exceeding 10 gigawatts. Through this partnership, Cloverleaf will utilize the NVIDIA DSX platform to integrate decisions regarding site, power, cooling, and computing during the design phase, allowing customers to optimize energy use and deploy capacity more efficiently.

This move follows NVIDIA’s recent trend of backing power and data center developers to ensure the physical infrastructure exists to support its high-performance computing chips.
