NVIDIA reports record $96.2 billion revenue driven by AI demand FAST-MOVING

NVIDIA has reported record-breaking financial results for its second quarter of fiscal 2027, driven by an unprecedented surge in demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure. The company reported quarterly revenue of $96.22 billion, representing a 106% increase compared to the same period last year. Net income reached approximately $59.7 billion, a 126% increase year-over-year.

The primary driver of this growth was the Data Center segment, which generated $89 billion in revenue, up 117% from the previous year. CEO Jensen Huang noted that AI has reached an inflection point, stating, “Now, compute is revenue,” and highlighted a “golden age” of new AI labs and startups.

Looking ahead, NVIDIA provided optimistic guidance, projecting third-quarter revenue of approximately $108 billion. Furthermore, the company issued a long-term forecast for fiscal 2028, expecting revenue growth of roughly 70%, significantly exceeding market expectations of 44%. During the quarter, NVIDIA also returned approximately $26 billion to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.
