Leaked specifications show NVIDIA's upcoming RTX 5070 SUPER will feature an 18 GB GDDR7 memory module, a modest increase in CUDA cores and a 25 W higher power limit compared with the standard RTX 5070. The related RTX 5070 Ti SUPER variant is reported to use 24 GB GDDR7 memory while maintaining a 256‑bit bus, with power consumption expected to rise to about 350 W.

Both models are part of the RTX 50 SUPER series built on the existing Blackwell architecture, representing a refresh rather than a new generation. Launch timelines have slipped repeatedly, now projected for late 2026 or early 2027, possibly unveiled at CES 2027, as ongoing shortages and price spikes of high‑bandwidth DRAM hinder production and pricing decisions.
