Leaked specifications suggest Nvidia is developing a GeForce RTX 5090 SE GPU based on the Blackwell architecture. The card would use a cut‑down GB202 GPU die, offering 14,080 CUDA cores – about 33 % fewer than the flagship RTX 5090 – and 32 GB of GDDR7 memory on a 384‑bit bus. Power consumption is projected at roughly 500 W, lower than the RTX 5090’s 575 W.

The RTX 5090 SE is positioned between the RTX 5080 and RTX 5090, potentially replacing a cancelled RTX 5080 Ti model. Rumors indicate a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of around US$1,500, roughly 25 % less than the RTX 5090’s $1,999 MSRP, though actual availability remains uncertain.
