NVM expands AskNVM with legal inquiry support

NVM has expanded its AI assistant, AskNVM, by integrating technology from LegalMike to provide support for legal inquiries. This update allows over 5,500 affiliated real estate professionals, including brokers and appraisers, to access relevant legal information and source references directly through the tool.

The assistant is designed to help members navigate daily questions regarding purchase and rental agreements, hidden defects, liability, and permits. By searching Dutch and European legal sources, AskNVM provides answers accompanied by citations, assisting professionals in performing initial assessments and determining when specialized legal counsel is required. The tool aims to help members explain information more clearly to clients and recognize legal risks earlier.
